Today we will make tasty & yummy snacks recipe cheesy potato bites. This recipe will be loved by everyone especially the kids. In this recipe I have cut potato into slices and have shallow fried them. Top the potatoes with veggie mixture, some cheese and let the cheese melt. A delicious and yummy potato bytes are ready. Recipe:
Ingredients:
Potato
1 Finely Chopped Onion
1 Finley Chopped Tomato
1 Finely Chopped Capsicum (Shimla Mirch)
½ Cup Boiled Corn
Cheese
Chili Flakes
Oregano
Salt
Oil



Procedure:
1. In a mixing bowl add onion, tomato, capsicum and boiled corn. Mix it well.
2. Slice the potatoes into medium thickness slices. Place them in water to avoid the potatoes from turning black.
3. Add some oil on pan and shallow fry the slices. Make them nice golden brown from both sides. Fry all the slices and keep it aside in a plate.
4. Now remove the oil from pan and place the slices. Keep the gas off. Add the vegetables, sprinkle some salt, grate some cheese, sprinkle chili flakes and oregano.
5. Close lid and the cheese melt.
6. Tasty Cheesy Potato Bites are ready.
