So I tried tretinoin for 1 month on my acne prone skin and I wanted to let you know my thoughts. If you've ever wanted to know what it is and if you need it then watch this video. I've had acne since I was a teenager and although it's been a lot better since I develop a solid skincare routine over the years, it's never completely dealt with. As an adult, I do still struggle with hormonal acne (around my jawline) which flares up with hormones, stress, sugar etc.Tretinoin is said to be the best treatment for acne, hyperpigmentation, acne scars, pores and texture. It literally does everything so I had to see if it would work on my skin and how my skin would cope.

This said, if you're wondering how do you use tretinoin or how long you need to it for before you see results, its roughly 3 months but everybody's experience is slightly different so this isn't going to be a quick fix.
