Thank you so much for watching! Today I’m going to be sharing a personal spell and ritual for releasing grief and trauma and calling in healing during the DARK MOON and NEW MOON. You could do this working anytime you need to; the best times would be the full moon, waning moon, dark or new moon.

INGREDIENTS I USED:

Soy wax tealights x2
Incense (by Joey Morris, linked below)
Cauldron for incense and a cauldron as a fireproof vessel
Black scrying mug or bowl
Acorn
Seashell
Selenite wand
Blue beeswax candle
Homemade oil blend made with The Morrigan (alternative option linked below or you could use olive oil or almond oil)
Rose petals
Mugwort
Lavender
Jasmine
Chamomile or calendula (I didn’t have space to include these but you could)
Crow feather
Smoke cleansing bundle (rosemary)

As mentioned in the video, this working is really personalised to my practice. You can use similar ingredients if they resonate with you or whatever tools you tend to use in your magickal practice.

This spell and ritual combines elements of candle magick, meditation, art magick, journaling, divination with water scrying, herbcraft and working with deity so feel free to take aspects of my working as inspiration to create a similar working.

Do what works for you. Speak the words that come most naturally and use the correspondances that work for you. The most powerful magick will always be your own.
