|| Ingredients ||

4 Cup Air Fried/ Deep Fried Fries
1/2 Cup Havarti Jalapeño Cheese
1/4 Cup Red Onion
3 TBSP Green Onion
4 TBSP Green Mango
1/4 Cup Tomatoes
1 TBSP Lime Juice
2 TSP Chopped Green Chillies
1 TBSP Chopped Coriander
3 TBSP Dates/ Sweet Chutney
1/ 2 TBSP Coriander Chutney
Sour Cream ( 1/4 Sour Cream + 1 TBSP Water + Pinch Salt)


|| Ingredients For Seasoning ||

1 TSP Tandoori Masala
1 TSP Roasted Cumin Powder
1/2 TSP Chaat Masala
1 TSP Salt

|| Method For Seasoning ||

Mix all seasoning ingredients in bowl.

|| Method For Cheesy Chaat Fries ||

Take 4 Cups of air fried or deep fried fries in bowl.
Sprinkle prepared seasoning all over the fries.
Toss the fries to coat them evenly.
Flatten the fries on baking tray or in pan.
Sprinkle cheese all over ( you can use any other cheese ).
Broil on medium rack for 2 mins or until cheese melts and remove from oven quickly once done.
Drizzle on dates/ sweet, coriander chutney, and sour cream.
Top with your fav veggies ( I used red onion, tomatoes, green mango, pomegranate, green onion, green chillies, cilantro).
Squeeze the 1/2 lime all over and serve immediately.
Serve with chill garlic sauce.
