The debut video for Doctor Moan is "Have You Ever Been In Trouble?". The song was co-written by Case and Warren "Tornado" Klein, and is the opening track on the album. The style of both the film and the music could be described as "Psychedelic Noir." The video was directed by Angel Aura Studio, with VFX by Logos, and is Case's third collaboration with this team, who really seem to bring his material to life visually.
