Cast On: Multiples of 4 + 1

Row 1 (Right Side): * K2, P1, K1 *, K1
Row 2 (Wrong Side): P1, * P1, K1, P2 *
Row 3: * K1, P1 *, K1
Row 4: P1, * K1, P1 *
Row 5: * P1, K3 *, P1
Row 6: K1, * P3, K1 *
Row 7: * K1, P1 *, K1
Row 8: P1, * K1, P1 *

Repeat Rows 1 through 8 until your piece is the length you desire.
Finish your last 2 rows by knitting Rows 1 and 2.
