He’s had 2 traumas that were the culprit of his inability of neck movement. The first was falling a very tall swing and the second was a heavy container that fell directly on his head! Both accidents severely compressed his spine even forming a severe hyper kyphosis in his thoracic spine! His neck has been crunched up and will not move at all.
