On June 3rd, a rare astronomical event known as the "parade of planets" will take place. During this event, six planets - Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune - will align on the same side of the sun, creating a planetary alignment that will appear as a nearly straight line in the sky when observed from Earth. This event will be visible from the Northern Hemisphere on the Eastern horizon before sunrise. The alignment will stretch from the low eastern horizon, with Jupiter closest to the horizon, up through Mercury, Uranus, Mars, Neptune, and Saturn. While it is best to view this cosmic phenomenon with binoculars or a telescope, Jupiter, Mars, Saturn, and Mercury will still be visible to the naked eye, while Uranus and Neptune will be much fainter.
