Dr. Malhotra received his medical degree from the Armed Forces Medical College in India, completed an internship and residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center, and a fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He serves on the board of directors for the American Society of Hypertension’s Delaware
Valley Chapter, and is a past president of the Delaware Academy of Medicine.
