Any and all sewer scope video inspections/ written reports are only good for the time of the inspection. We cannot predict the future of any underground sewer line. We are not responsible for any changes or damages in the line that could possibly occur in the future. Sewer lines are designed to have a life span of up to 100 years if properly maintained. Some examples of things that could change or damage a sewer line are neglect of normal line maintenance (line cleanings), ground movement that could result in minor to major joint separations. Joint separations could lead to root intrusion into the inner pipeline and possible pipeline failure. Do not put anything besides toilet paper and biodegradable food products that have been ran through a garbage disposal down any drain or toilet. Anything put down and drain or toilet that is not meant to be, has a good chance of getting stuck in the line and could lead to possible wastewater backs into the dwelling.
