PART 2 of 2 - Catch & Cook with Fisherman's Life in Jacksonville, Florida! On this episode, Matts and I load up the kayaks and drive a short distance across the border into Brunswick, GA. - with the goal of getting Matts to catch his first ever East Coast Sheepshead. And then if we are successful, our plan is to take our catch to my uncle's Vietnamese restaurant (NUDO) and let him cook whatever dish he thinks we'd enjoy. I'll just say now, the day was a SUCCESS!!
