Where's Jamie Drinking? | American Bar, The Savoy, London

Jamie Oliver heads to one of the most iconic bars in the UK - if not the world - the American Bar at The Savoy hotel in London. He meets head bartender Erik Lorincz to make two cocktails - the historic Hanky Panky and modern classic the Green Park, a twist on the White Lady. RECIPES

Hanky Panky Cocktail

45ml Bombay Sapphire gin

45ml Martini Rosso

10ml Fernet

Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupette glass.

Garnish with orange peel



Green Park Cocktail

45ml Bombay Sapphire gin

3 drops of celery bitters

30ml Lemon juice

15ml sugar syrup

egg white

fresh basil

Blend all ingredients with hand blender in the shaker, add ice and shake hard.

Double strain into chilled coupette glass.

Spray gin over the top of the drink.
