སྟོད་གཞས་གསུམ་རྩེག Toeshay Sumtsek / Three variety of step dance from central Tibet known as Trukshay or quick steps dances.

In Tibet, there is a rich tradition of dances and songs that are known as oceans of songs. Each village has its own unique style, elegant gestures, and deep meanings that incorporate Buddhist philosophy and the regular lifestyle of the people. These dances and songs have been produced for the purpose of learning and self-research. They are meant to serve our community members who are genuinely interested in exploring something special.
