My story...

Grew up in an immigrant family. We had enough, but not much extra.
At 19, unsure about life, I spent 2 years in South Korea on a church mission.
At 22, still lost career-wise, I ended up selling pest control door-to-door.
At 24, got a corporate sales job and married Bridget. Work, eat, sleep, repeat.
Bridget had it worse—her job as a respiratory therapist was life or death.
I didn’t like where we were headed, so I started learning about real estate.
We couldn’t afford our own place and had to live in my parents' basement. (Bridget was not thrilled.)
At 26, we bought a 4-unit property, lived in one, and rented out the rest.
Over the years, I tried BRRRR, assisted living, wholesaling, and fix-and-flip.
After investing millions, I was making just $6K/mo from 40+ rentals. My 50/50 split? Only half of that.
Then Covid hit. Bridget had to work pregnant. That was it for me...
I searched for ways to boost real estate income and found Airbnb Arbitrage.
Took me 3+ years and $1.4M to hit $6K/mo in rentals.
