Eligibility criteria pertaining to Admissions 2022

Graduate in any discipline or will be graduating by May 2022 TSM uses CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT/NMAT to shortlist the candidates for the two-year full-time Post Graduate Programmes in Management. The IIMs/XLRI or any other agencies play no role either in the TSM admission process or in the actual conduct of TSM programmes. Selection will be, inter alia, based on CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT taken in May 2021 or later, previous academic performance and the performance during the Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GDPI) and Written Ability Test (WAT). If the candidate has taken more than one test, the candidate is required to furnish ALL their test scores. The best test score after moderation will be considered for evaluation.


Candidates may apply for either PGDM or MBA or for both by indicating their preference in the space provided in the application form. It is clarified that there is no additional processing fee required even if the candidate applies for both PGDM and MBA programmes.

Selection Criteria Weightage
• Score for academic performance in X Std., XII Std., Under Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Degree - 20%
• Score in the Common Admission Test (CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT) - 35%
• Group discussion/interview /WAT- 30%
• For participation in Sports, Extra/Co-Curricular activities & Academic diversity – 10%
• Work experience -5%
