I followed all the fitness advice: calorie counting, oatmeal breakfasts, green smoothies, intense workouts… and yet, I felt bloated, didn't lose fat or get toned, and I felt stuck in a body that didn’t reflect the effort I was putting in.
Turns out, most of what we’re told about fat loss is outdated or just wrong, especially for women. Our bodies are more complex. Hormones, nervous system, gut health, thyroid function—all of it matters. Most of the things we do such as dieting or exercising, following healthy habits, etc. in most cases negatively affect our health and thus our physique goals. You could be exercising and dieting and still not losing fat because the issues lay deeper than that. Your lifestyle, habits, and stuff you eat might negatively affect your body and that's why you're not seeing the results you want. In this video, I’m sharing 15 swaps that finally helped me to lose stubborn fat, lose fat on my face and body, and get a toned body, heal my hormones, digestion, gut health, and energy, regrow thick, healthy hair, and most importantly: actually enjoy my life too.
