The Lekki Deep Seaport was on Monday officially opened by the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) in Lagos.

According to the Managing Director of National Ports Authority, Mohammed Bello-Koko, at the opening ceremony, the Lekki Deep Seaport is the deepest and most modern port in the country that can accommodate bigger vessels and cargoes.
