Today at the Mystery Shack, we continue our adventures on Fishman Island and finally get to face Hordy head-on. Though even more importantly, we hear of a particular someone who might just change every single theory-time with Koroto moving forward… “Joy Boy”. So will this adventure live up to the highs of previous sagas? Well to find out, join me in my never-ending journey on the Grand Line as I will be watching through the anime adaptation of One Piece for the very first time and ranking each arc in a tier list format to determine which one is unquestionably, definitively, and definitely not just in my opinion, the best one.
