The mall located within the heart of Hat Yai downtown. The plaza is besides the upscale hotel with guestrooms soaring 33 stories above.

The mall basement and third level are closed after the pandemic (Covid-19). There's actually nothing much shops open in the plaza. Only the MacDonald n the Japanese restaurant running strong, the rest are only carts selling whatever you could find in any night market.
