Hi guys in this video i demonstrate the Best way to get PS2 like Graphics in Gta Sa PC.

Please make sure one thing that you don't have SA limited Adjuster installed otherwise you don't get Big Sun like PS2,
If you have limit adjuster installed please remove it.
