“One Music, One Hope” Facebook LIVE concert with Regine Velasquez and Ogie Olcasid

Posible pa bang magkaroon ng pag-asa sa gitna ng krisis ngayon sa mundo? Para sa Asia’s Songbird na si Regine Velasquez-Alcasid, patuloy siyang magtitiwala sa Diyos sa gitna ng pagsubok. She shared, “If I focus so much on these things that we’re all going through, it’s like I’m giving COVID-19 so much weight than it already has. There’s Someone more powerful than that – it’s God, so I want to focus on Him more.”

Naniniwala naman si Ogie Alcasid na may magagandang bagay pa ring nangyayari sa kabila ng lahat ng ito. “I don’t mean to offend anyone, but I believe something beautiful can come out of this crisis. In our family, we have so much time together. More importantly, we now have more time to spend with God, and see what really matters,” Ogie shared.

The couple sang several worship songs during their “One Music, One Hope” Facebook LIVE concert last April 28 to raise funds for vulnerable families who lost their livelihood amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
