Ingredients

Instructions

1. Prepare the Fish:
• Clean and scale the tilapia thoroughly.
• Score the fish by making diagonal cuts on both sides to allow the seasoning to penetrate.
2. Season the Fish:
• Rub sesame oil all over the fish, ensuring it gets into the cuts.
• Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl, then generously season the fish, rubbing the spices into the cuts.
3. Make the Wet Marinade:
• Blend onions, green and red bell peppers, garlic, ginger, and green onions into a smooth paste.
• Pour this wet marinade over the fish, ensuring it is well-coated.
4. Grill the Fish:
• Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
• Place the marinated fish on a lined baking tray or grill rack.
• Grill in the oven for 45 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
