Ingredients of Doi Begun or Dahi Baingan: 1. Begun/ Baigan / Brinjal / Eggplant (2 medium sizes).
2. Plain yogurt
4. 4. Ginger paste (2 tsp).
5. 5. Turmeric powder (1 tsp).
6. 6. Cumin powder (1 tsp).
7. 7. Garam masala powder (½ tsp).
8. 8. Red chilli powder (1 tsp).
10. 10. Garam masala.
11. 11. Salt (as per your taste).
12. 12. Sugar (as per your taste).

14. Begun:
1. Marinate the brinjal with ½ tsp turmeric powder, and ½ tsp salt.
2.-2. Heat the pan and add mustard oil in it.
3. Fry the brinjal pcs very well. Keep a side.
