I was comparing this 2 kites, my level I would say beginner- intermediate.
First impression regarding Pans kite and not that great, first thing 2 lines where mixed up I needed to remove one and reattach the node so check carefully lines before first launch.
It's much harder to launch and also get it inflated in the air comparing to Soul it doesn't have lot of room to play during the inflation.
When it's inflated it is really easy to manipulate with it.
Also regarding water launch I specially dropped it couple of times I would say when it is mixed up success rate is 2 from 3, comparing with Soul it is 9 from 10.
