is video me share kar rahi hu chicken ki most delicious variety Lucknowi dum ka chicken jo aasan aur mazedaar recipe hai beginners ke liye bhi bahut useful recipe hai kyuki ye bahut hi easy way me banai jati hai so must try and give a feedback and recipe pasand aaye to video ko like share and channel ko subscribe zaroor kijiye taki aane wali recipe ki updates time par milti rahe thank you ❤️💕💓

Full recipe guidelines :-

1) Take a wok, add 100 ml of cooking oil and heat it
2) Add 3-4 cloves, 2 cinnamon stick and let it to crackle for few seconds
3) Then add chicken 1 kg, add 1/2 tsp of kewra water and roast until it takes nice golden marks
4) Then keep a pan on low heat, add few spices like 1 cinnamon stick, green cardamom 6, Cloves 5, Nutmeg 1 small piece, Mace 1/2 flower, Black cardamom 1, Cumin seeds 1 tsp, Black cumin seeds 1/ 2 tsp, Black pepper 15, Coriander seeds 3 tbsp and roast until it start giving nice fragrance for about 30 minutes (Don’t over roast it)
5) Add poppy seeds 2 tsp in a pan with all those spices and roast it also for 5-7 seconds and separate the spices from the pan
6) Add dry coconut slices 15 (2 inch each) plus almonds 15 and roast for 1 minute on low heat
7) Grind all the roasted spices without coconut and almonds then after the grinding of spices add roasted coconut plus almonds (add water if required)
8) When chicken is completely roasted, add ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp and roast until it’s raw smell goes away
9) When ginger garlic paste roasts completely turn to low heat and add curd 1/ 2 cup, Malai or cream 1/4 cup, Fried + Crushed onions 3 medium sized (Birista), salt 1 tsp, yellow chilli powder 1 tsp, red chilli powder 1/2 tsp, Kashmere red chilli 1/2 tsp and ground masala.
Mix it well add 1/2 cup of milk
And when milk starts boiling turn to low heat and keep the wok on tawa in order to cook the chicken on dum for 20 minutes (close it properly with aluminium foil or kneaded dough)
10) Open the lid after 20 minutes (if water is remaining then roast for 25-30 seconds on medium heat) then add 1.5 cups of water for gravy and cook for 5 minutes
11) Open the lid àfter 5 minutes then add khushboo ka masala 1/2 tsp, Meetha ittar 2 drops and chopped coriander leaves
12) Our Dum chicken is absolutely ready
