It's always a tricky business to say something about best practices of a programming language. And when it's JavaScript, it's trickier. However, at the repeated request of those who follow my tutorials regularly, I have decided to put some best practices of "JavaScript code writing" in one place. You don't need to agree on all points. Feel free to add your inputs here in the comment section. In this video, I have listed only 20 best practices that I found on the internet. These are not everything. As JavaScript is a highly dynamic language and evolves a lot, lots of things need to be considered while writing quality JavaScript code. Things I prefer to consider are - 1) Easy Code Readability 2) Performance Optimization 3) Lesser line of Code and last but not the least 4) Code Maintainability. Hope this video will help some beginners to get familiar with some of the best practices of writing JavaScript code. This is just part 1 of this topic. More will be added from time to time.
