[Graphic] Baby Seal's Head Nearly Cut Off By Fishing Line

The little seal pup is so severely injured that the rescuers are unsure if he is still alive. A loop of fishing line has made his short life miserable. It would have been days before the loop finished the job; his head was nearly severed. It is a challenging situation for the rescuers. They know they have to hurt him before he gets better. They have to put him through pain and fear to give him a chance at survival. Whoever is responsible for this animal's suffering: please watch closely, and never ever leave your rubbish in the ocean again. 🦭
