Tortilla Taco Pizza ||
Tortilla with Taco Meat baked like Pizza || Triangle wrap with Tortillas Recipe - RKC

Ingredients
3 large flour Tortilla burrito size
Minced beef 1 lb
2 tbsp taco seasoning
2 tbsp coriander leaves
Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
Cheese slices 6
Peppers of different colors chopped
Chili Pepper flakes 1 tsp

Preparation
Take one burrito size large tortilla and cut into half. Take one half and place a slice of cheese and minced meat in the middle. Then glue the sides of the tortillas and fold it in a triangle shape and place it in a circle dish. Do the same with remaining 5 pieces of tortillas.

Brush with egg wash on top of each tortillas. Top it with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Then you can spread chopped colored peppers on top. Sprinkle 1 tsp of chili flakes.

Bake it in the preheated oven 400 F for 15 min or until cheese melts. Pull apart and serve it immediately!
