Fisheries Police Boarding - What's in the Cooler??

My boat was stopped by law enforcement while fishing with a limit of Summer Flounder (Fluke) in my possession. A Department of Environmental Conservation officer went through my cooler and asked lots of questions about the fishing. These are New York's fisheries police.
