🚧 Today we present a new video to inform you of the evolution of your new home. So that you can see how the homes that make up the Lomas del Higuerón development are being built.

Since May 2024, the following progress has been made:

• Dwellins’ Instalations (water, electricity, air conditioning, sanitation, ventilation, telecommunications).
• Interior partitioning.
• Exterior carpentry.
• Swimming pool.
• Urbanization’s perimetral wall.

Lomas 5B:
• Roof structure finnishing. (Buildings 4-5)
• Starting of Sanitation Works, Air conditioning and ventilation. (Buildings 4-5)
• Masonry. (Buildings 4-5)
• Making the strutures. (Rest of the buildings)
