The vertical continuous carbonization reactor is a revolutionary technology for the production of high-quality sustainable charcoal, completely automated, and able to take full advantage of the potential of the energy contained in the forest. The whole process starts in the renewable eucalyptus forests of the Vallourec Forestry unit: here the wood is planted, cultivated, and harvested in processes and practices certified by internationally recognized agencies.
