Stinky Beans cooked with Portobello mushrooms and Tofu | Spicy bean paste sauce | Vegetarian version

Hallo everyone!

This time I show you how to cook spicy stinky (smelly) nuts which is called petai in Indonesian or Malay language. All ingredients measurements are stated in the clip, please watch it till the end.

Here I am more interested to tell you that these amazing beans are not favored by everyone but to my surprise many people like it, too, including my husband who is a german. The first time he tried it, he directly loved it 😀.

These nuts are very good for cleansing kidneys from hidden toxic produced by other food. It also can clean bladder. But the smell is terrible after it is digested and come out as waste. Please be prepared 😀

That‘s why I showed you what to munch after you consumed these smelly nuts because only that stuff can help eliminate the odor which can possible stay for few days in the mouth.
