In Aug 1999, Jeff Tweedy and Jay Bennett of Wilco stopped by the Austin Music Network (AMN) to play a couple of tunes that would air on the AMN music video show, "rock.alt". This is a cover of the 1927 Richard "Rabbit" Brown song "James Alley Blues".

AMN started broadcasting in 1994 on Time Warner cable channel 15 and went off-air in Aug 2005 due to lack of advertising funding. During it's time, it was the only city-sponsored, non-profit music channel in the world.
