(31 Aug 1994) Amidst rumours that the Israeli Government is preparing to reopen
the tomb of the Patriarchs in time for the Jewish High Holy day's
next week, special advisor to PLO Chairman Yasser Arafat, Nabil
Sha'ath, on Wednesday (31/8) was refused entry by the Israeli Army
to the Muslim mosque located at the tomb of the Patriarchs.
