Twice a year, the EOCA European Outdoor Conservation Association runs a public vote to decide which initiatives will receive funding for their conservation efforts... and now the rewilding efforts by the Rewilding Oder Delta team are on the shortlist!

The team wants to promote wildlife comeback in the Ina river in Poland by restoring the river and floodplain habitat. The project will engage local volunteers using low-tech approaches to raise the riverbed, reconnecting the river to the floodplain and recreate migratory fish spawning grounds. 🐟💦

Help the Rewilding Oder Delta to breathe new life into the wetlands of the Ina river for the benefit of wildlife, climate resilience and the people enjoying this beautiful landscape.
