G'day guys, in this video, I have my best big squid session to date on the Port Hacking River. I was utterly shocked at the size and numbers we got in this video. There were several over 30cm hoods and all inshore close to land as well! Some of the squid were so frenzied up that I literally hooked up to one under a tree branch overhanging the river which is reminscent of bream fishing - not squid fishing!

This is part 2 of the session with Terry on the Hacking and he got stuck into another big squid. Almost all the squid were string pullers and pulled hard enough that if we locked up the drag, then they would be capable of breaking the line or pulling through the barbs.

I won't be forgetting this session in a long time!
