POTREBNE NAMIRNICE:
8 lista gotovih kora
Za preliv je potrebno:
• 3 jaja
• ½ kašičice soli
• 150 g sitnog sira
• 100 ml ulja
• 100 ml gazirane vode
• 1 kesica (14g) praška za pecivo
Nakon 4-te kore premazati sa 3 kašike ajvara
Peći na 200°C (390°F) 15 minuta
Za fil je potrebno :
• 3 kašike pavlake
• 2 kašike krem sira( Jas am koristila filadelfiju krem sir)
• 1 kašika majoneza
• 3 sitno iseckana kisela krastavca
• 150 g sitno iseckane šunke
Premazati rolat , umotati u foliju i ostaviti u frižideru na par sati

8 sheets of filo pastry

• 3 eggs
• ½ teaspoon of salt
• 150 g of small cheese
• 100 ml of oil
• 100 ml of carbonated water
• 1 bag (14g) of baking powder
After the 4th crust, spread with 3 spoons of ajvar
Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 15 minutes
For the filling you need:
• 3 spoons of sour cream
• 2 tablespoons of cream cheese (I used Philadelphia cream cheese)
• 1 spoon of mayonnaise
• 3 finely chopped pickles
• 150 g of finely chopped ham
Coat the roll, wrap it in foil and leave it in the fridge for a couple of hours
