Ingredients:
2 lbs extra thin shaved ribeye steaks, (**ask butcher to cut for you or freeze ribeye for 30 minutes and using a sharp knife cut thin 😉)
Hoagie rolls or sub rolls
Provolone cheese
1/2 white onion
red bell pepper
green bell pepper
Oil, I used olive oil
Salt, I used 2 tsp
Black pepper, I used 1 tsp
