Hi guys, today I wanted to share my 7 days on the VLCD Lighterlife Diet.

I spent 7 days on the very low calorie diet (vlcd) Lighterlife. I ate 4 food packs a day and drank 2.5. litres of water each day. I felt a little hungry on day 2 but on day 3 and onwards I wasn't hungry. I felt more mentally alert as well.

I'm a UK size 20. I lost around 7 lbs in 7 days.
