Ignite your voice from the power of the Sacral Chakra in this 20min healing meditation to balance the Sacral and Throat Chakras. We'll work with feeling the vibrations of the seed syllables, which are specific sounds for each Chakra used to balance and heal the energy centers in the body. We'll work with VAM (For the Sacral Chakra) and HAM (For the Throat Chakra) as well as an embodied visualization to feel and see the energy of the two Chakras connecting and flowing into one another. We'll use the mantra "I express myself with clarity and trust" to bring in healing on all aspects of our being.
