Towards the end of the series, Ambassador G'Kar finds himself exalted to the role of reluctant spiritual guru of his people. This happens when his 'private diaries' are published, against his wishes! It becomes known as the Book of G'Kar. In this clip, he addresses some of his 'cult followers'.
