What happens when you never cut your toenails for years?

This is the most severe toenail disease Dr.Lloyd has dealt with in 40 years in his practice. Just amazed by how long, thick and curved these toenails are. One of Dr.Lloyd's biggest challenges, but he was able to deliver comfort to this patient, and peace of mind to his family.
This patient has various health issues, lives alone, and was not paying attention to his toenail.
