Aprilaire 800 Whole Home Steam Humidifier Overview

The Aprilaire 800 whole home steam humidifier humidifies up to 6,200 sq. ft and can produce up to 34 gallons of water per day. Its great for large homes as well as small and medium homes that don't have a good set up for an evaporative humidifier. This Aprilaire 800 steam humidifier can be wall mounted or it can be mounted directly into your home's HVAC system! If you do not have a centralized forced-air system at your home, the steam humidifier can still work for you! You will have to purchase the Aprilaire 865 humidifier. This is the exact same humidifier as the Aprilaire 800, however it also includes a fan pack so that the humidified air can be distributed to your home.
This easy, hands-off humidifier is 100% automatic, meaning the humidistat takes care of adjusting the humidity with weather changes. It also lets you know when maintenance needs to be performed on your humidifier.
The only maintenance that needs to be done on your humidifier is a yearly change of the steam canister - Aprilaire 80.
The Aprilaire 800 measures 10 1/8" wide, by 7 1/8" deep by 20 7/8" high. If you mount/install the humidifier into your ducts, you will need a opening of 1 1/4" for the steam dispersion tube to stick through.
