The commitment proceedings against the suspected killers of Daniel Bbosa, the former head of the Ndiga Clan, who was murdered in February near his home in Lungujja, Lubaga Division, have been adjourned to October 24, 2024.

Adams Byarugaba, a Grade One Magistrate presiding over the proceedings, requested that the prosecution deliver all committal paperwork to the court before the suspects are committed to the High Court.

Luggya Tabula, a key suspect, asked the court to release all his co-accused, claiming their innocence and stating that he is solely responsible for the crime.

However, Byarugaba informed Tabula that he could only make such a request in the High Court, which has the authority to determine whether all the suspects have a case to answer.
