Nintendo, just why?

For over 10 years, GilvaSunner is known for uploading thousands and thousands of official Nintendo Music Soundtracks. Game music like Mario, Smash Bros., Kirby, Legend of Zelda, Pokémon, etc.
But then tragedy happens. Nintendo for the past few days has been copyrighting the channel recently. And just today, Gilva has just announced that this week, he will be deleting his entire channel of official Nintendo OSTs.
Such a disappointing move from Nintendo.
