The problem with default add to cart button on many themes is they don't have the cart icon by default. Previously, if you want to add an icon to the button, you would need to replace a WooCommerce template file for the button, which in many cases can cause conflicts between plugins and themes and not proven to work.

Our new approach is much more robust, we don't modify the add to cart template file of WooCommerce, instead, we use CSS to achieve the result. Thus, this method works with all themes, no matter what theme you use and what plugins are activated.
