✅ Ingredients (Extracted from Your Recipe)

Bread slices – as required
Eggs – 3
Red chili powder – ¼ teaspoon
Salt – ¼ teaspoon (for eggs)
Onion – 1 (chopped)
Boiled chicken – 1 cup (shredded)
Mayonnaise (Young’s) – 3–4 tablespoons
Black pepper – ¼ teaspoon
Salt – ¼ teaspoon (for mayonnaise mix)
Tomato ketchup – as required
Oil – for cooking

✅ Directions / Method

1. Cut bread slices into short strips and set aside.
2. In a bowl, beat 3 eggs and add red chili powder and salt. Mix well.
3. Chop one onion and keep aside.
4. Boil the chicken, shred it finely, and set aside.
5. In another bowl, add mayonnaise, black pepper, salt, and shredded chicken. Mix well to prepare the filling.
6. Heat a pan and grease it with oil.
7. Place the bread strips on the pan.
8. Pour the egg mixture around and over the bread strips.
9. Add the chicken mayonnaise filling on top.
10. Sprinkle chopped onions and add ketchup as per taste.
11. Cook until the base is set.
12. Carefully roll it with a spatula into a roll shape.
