In todays demonstration we go back to basics and discuss the fundamentals of UK water systems.

In general we have 3 domestic water systems in the UK, combination boilers, unvented mains-fed cylinders and low pressure systems.  Please bare in mind that for all three systems you need to check the manufacturer's instructions for pressure and flow output so that they match the shower head that you are using.

With regards to low pressure systems we would always recommend that you install a shower pump.

For unvented mains-fed cylinders and all pumped systems we recommend that you use 22mm supply pipes to ensure that you get the maximum volume of water to the product.   Resulting in the optimum showering performance for the customer.

With regards to combination boilers in general we would recommend supply 15 mm pipes but please check the manufacturers instructions.

The use of full flow isolation valves on our products will allow maximum flow of water to the product.

Thank you for watching
