Betty's Trip on Dinner Train with Rick & Chelsea--NO RECIPE--

Betty and her husband, Rick, along with their daughter, Chelsea, take a ride on My Old Kentucky Dinner Train. We had lunch on the 4-dining car train and saw some scenic views of Kentucky. The trip began and ended in Bardstown, Kentucky, with views of Jim Beam distillery, Bernheim Forest, and fall colors of Kentucky along the way. During the train ride we enjoyed a delicious lunch, including a green salad with Golden Spike dressing, Cajun catfish, a prime rib sandwich with baked potato, a Hot Brown sandwich, Kern's derby pie, an apple dumpling, blackberry cobbler, and iced tea and coffee. I hope you enjoy the ride! I will have a video upload tomorrow of one of the foods we had in our meal! :)
