Does God still heal today?

It's no surprise that people are hurting and are sick today and in need of healing, but the question is Does God still heal people today? When most people are sick they look for help from a doctor, but when a doctor can't fix the problem people have to look elsewhere. Many turn to God and to the Bible in hopes that God will heal them and it's because a false teacher on TBN or DAYSTAR told them that BY HIS STRIPES WE ARE HEALED and because of that their healing is guaranteed.
